As a Spiritual Teacher & Facilitator, I deeply appreciate the profound role meditation plays in our journey towards enlightenment. Please wear something warm and comfortable. Refreshments are provided after the session with an opportunity to chat and connect with like minded souls, Yoga Mats and Cushions are provided, please bring your own blanket and a bottle of water for during the meditation session.
