I am Carrie, grateful to walk this sacred path with my husband Andrew, my soulmate. As a mother of two daughters and grandmother of two, I feel blessed for all the love and joy in our lives. I deeply honour Mother Earth and all sentient beings. My soul connection with dogs brings me immense happiness, especially our companions Luna and Merlin.

I am a passionate seeker of truth, a devoted explorer of the mystical, and a wisdom teacher. Guided by intuition and spirit, I help others on their awakening path, supporting their healing and spiritual evolution.

Through 'The Ascension Café' blog, vlog, and podcast, I share sacred insights and delve into the profound mysteries of spirituality. Uncovering timeless truths that bring clarity and expansion, guiding us back to the deep knowing within our souls.
