It is a powerful process of personal evolution, where we lovingly release false aspects of our former selves to raise our vibrational frequency and step into a higher timeline or as I prefer to say 'a higher way of being and living from a place of love'.

While described as 'enlightenment' or 'spiritual awakening', ascension is a deeply personal healing process that brings the awareness to us of our innate spiritual identity, and heightens our consciousness to the interconnectedness with all that surrounds us.

I am Carrie Knott, married to Andrew my divine counterpart, Mother to two beautiful daughters and Grandmother to two amazing Diamond Children. Lover of Mother Earth, all sentient beings and a profound connection to Dogs.

My spiritual awakening began in my early 40s. In 2016, after suffering a deep depression (dark night of the soul) I began my own healing journey. Navigating many cycles of shadow work and soul remembrance, I began learning about the ascension path. This led me to discover my true purpose in life which I fully embraced in 2020. I am divinely guided in all my work and co-create with the grace of the beloved God Source, my Angels and Spirit Team.

With many years experience, I am here to offer inspiration, compassion, and my souls wisdom. My gifts span across various compassionate roles, including Teaching, Therapeutic Counselling, Spiritual Life Coaching, and practicing as a Therapist of the New World. I offer Energy Healing and Spiritual Development through my intuitive gifts and channelling Source Light, Spirit, Angelic and Cosmic beings of Light. I am a Munay Ki 13th Rite Womb Healer, and support others on their sacred path through my passions of Meditation, Movement, and Dance.

Working from my heart centre, I hold sacred space for transformational conscious communities, women's circles, spiritual development workshops and events, and personalised one-on-one sessions, all designed to support your healing journey and awaken your soul's limitless potential.
